Founded by a creative director, built as a mother agency.
OBSERVE MANAGEMENT was founded by Jonas Voss, a former creative director of a fashion brand, who opened the agency to work as a true mother agency — scouting, developing, and placing new faces with the world's leading international agencies.
With a deep understanding of image, casting, and the inner workings of fashion brands, we focus on clarity, care, and a sharp eye for the talent that becomes impossible to forget.
